DD dr said i can start giving her 3 solid meals a day using level 2 foods. He said by the next time I see him she should have tried yogurt. Also i should start meats.

Rignt now she has cearel and a fruit in the morning, 1 vegetable on the afternoon and cereal and a fruit at night. All stage one. Do i still continue with the cereal at night?

I just have no idea what I should be giving for each meal.

So if you can can you please share what you fed them for Breakfast lunch and dinner?

ETA : If you give cereal how much do you give?

we did a cereal/fruit for breakfast, a fruit (sometimes with oatmeal or wheat mixed in) for lunch...DS didn't do well with yogurt and we are just reintroducing it now at 1 yr, and we did a meat/veggie or just veggie for dinner Chat Icon

Breakfast- cereal and a jar of fruit

Lunch- cereal and jar of veggie

Dinner- jar of mixed foods like turkey and rice, chicken noodle, beef and veggies.

She also gets 3 8oz bottles a day. 1 as soon as she wakes up. 1 right before bed and 1 in the middle of the day

Breakfast: Yogurt, Stage 2 fruit/oatmeal or rice cereal. Cottage cheese with a bit of strawberry jam.

Lunch: Yogurt, Stage 2 Veggie/oatmeal or cereal, soup (broth), pastina.

Dinner: Stage 2 veggie, soup, pastina.

I tried to start meats (pureed fresh) at 6 months and she HATED the texture. I waited till 8/9 months and she ate little bits of shredded chicken/beef.

3 tbs of cereal with 1 oz formula and fruit for breakfast

Usually a 3 in 1 yogurt for lunch

Dinner is 4 tbs of cereal and 2 oz formula mixed in. A 1/2 jar of either a veg or meat with veg

Breakfast - Stage 2 Fruit mixed with Oatmeal
Lunch - Yogurt, Fruit or Veggie
Dinner - Stage 2 Veggie mixed with Mixed Grains

ETA: I don't measure the cereal, but I'd say it's maybe 2-3 tablespoons and I mix in 1/2 jar of the fruits/veggies.
