If you wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night....
and you want to test with FMU.........
Do you test when you go in the middle of the night? Or, do you go and then test when you go again in the morning? 
Just curious- since I will be testing this week and constantly up in the middle of the night to go- (hence the time this post was made!)

Both. I've tested at 3am and I've also woken up to pee and then tested later in the morning. Honestly, it's not really super critical that you test with FMU. If you're pregnant you will get your BFP no matter what time of day you test......early on the line just might be lighter with non-FMU. Good luck!!

For this pregnancy, I got my BFP at 4am (which I see is just about the time you posted  So yes, if I want to use FMU, I use my "middle-of-the-night" pee.
Of course that meant I could not go back to bed because I was so excited after I got my BFP  
I think as long as you are holding it for 3-4 hours you will be fine. If you wake up at 3 or 4 and then again at 7, you ca use the 7am pee as FMU if you want as long as you didn't really drink anything in between.
