Ideas for Easter Basket for a Diabetic Child?
My 6 year old niece is diabetic and I was just wondering if anyone has ideas for an Easter basket for her.

You can get her a stuffed bunny.
But you can also get sugar free jelly beans (Jelly Belly makes them). Godiva makes sugar free chocolate, and so does Gertrude Hawk - they even have a chocolate bunny:

How about some kind of crafty stuff--markers, etc. Also, small snack foods...like snack size doritos, potato chips, cheese & crackers, etc...sometimes "sugar free" candy still has sugar alcohol in them which might spike her sugar levels. Take a look at Target dollar zone, or dollar tree, they have a lot of cute basket fillers that are not candy.

Sidewalk chalk, books, stickers, coloring books, crayons, hair clips, nail polish, sun glasses, jacks, jump rope, stuff like that! I think fun stuff like that is so much more fun!

Most stores carry diabetic candy now. My sister is also diabetic and my mom makes sure to include some goodies for her around the holidays.
If you dont want to do candy what about a summer basket with things likes sunglasses, a bathing suit, a towel, chalk, pail & shovel etc.
