non-candy ideas for 2.5 yr old for Easter basket
She does not need anything. I am seriously trying to minimize the junk/clutter and can do without more stuffed animals but what else can the Easter Bunny bring?

I got my DS things to do outside for the Spring/Summer. ie: Bubbles, Chalk. I know that my sisster got him a gift card to CEC!

This year I might do a beach (or outside) kind of theme and get them buckets, shovels, water shoes, and a kite.
Last year I did a play kitchen theme and got them accessories for their kitchen set like a microwave, blender, toaster, etc.
For Valentines Day I got them play aprons, mixing spoons and all different flavors of jello. It was really cute and they had fun!

Bubble (but i find them annoying), sidewalk chalk went over well last year. Eraseable markers, play doh, finger paints.

How about a jump rope? If you go to Walmart in the Easter section, they usually have tons on non-candy and non-stuffed animal types of stuff.

some of the things im putting in my kids basket (DD is 3, DS is 15m) i tried to get alot of outdoor stuff.
bubbles, sidewalk chalk, gerber yogurt melts, gerber puffs,thomas the train water toys, DS LOVES BALLS so i am putting 2 in the basket thats all he plays with, DD is getting some new hair clips, kiddie watering can, the kids are also getting a big present from the easter bunny, a step 2 sand and water table...so in their baskets i am putting some toys for it.
