ICE your cell phone
I have the base of my car seat ICE'd in case of a car accident and I am knocked out also it has my son's name on it... just in case they are trying to get him out so they can calm him by using his own name. (God Forbid!)
But it's a great idea for cell phones too and I highly recommend it.
Paramedics will turn to a victim's cell phone for clues to that person's identity. You can make their job much easier with a simple idea that they are trying to get everyone to adopt: ICE.
ICE stands for In Case of Emergency. If you add an entry in the contacts list in your cell phone under ICE, with the name and phone no. of the person that the emergency services should call on your behalf, you can save them a lot of time and have your loved ones contacted quickly. It only takes a few moments of your time to do.
Paramedics know what ICE means and they look for it immediately. ICE your cell phone NOW!
***also they suggest putting a space before the I so it will stay at the top of the list****and putting ICE1 or ICE2 if you have two emergency numbers
I hope no one ever needs it.

it is a great idea, but I have many friends in the volunteer ambulance corps - I asked them, and they said that they usually call "home" on a victim's cell first.

I already ICE'd my phone a few days ago. And I have in my car with my insurance and registration an ICE card
