I seriously need to go home and start this day over - I am such in a Pissy mood

My DH even said to me "who the heck P!$$ED in your cheerios this morning"

Stupidity just puts me in a really bad mood. First call of the day, this guy wants to make changes on someone elses account. I explained I can not allow that, security purposes, he is not an authorized name on the account, etc...He starts screaming at me at what kind of CS am I providing if I am not assisting him and living up to the company's motto. I finally got annoyed and said "sir seriously how would you feel if someone called up and wanted confidential information about your account. How would you feel if our company divulged that information to someone just because they said they knew you. You wouldnt be to happy about that or have confidence in the company's security, now would you. So sir if their is nothing more I can do for you, have a good day"

Second call person calls and has 2 pending orders and asks me to give him the invoice number. I said for which order. He says yes. I asked him again which order does he need the invoice number for. He said for his order. This went on for about 2 minutes. I finally just hung up on him

Parking lot - go to get lunch, i look both ways before I pull out of my spot. All clear. I slowly start to pull out, when all of a sudden this blue car just pulls out of the spot, driver does not look and almost plows into me. I beep my horn and yell out hey is your neck broken. And the person gives me a dirty look.

Go to get my bagel, come to a 3 way stop sign and apparently it's like chinese math or everyone forgot what a stop sign means

on my way back to the office granny with blue hair pullng out of the hospital lot goes to make a left turn - ON TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. The oncomming traffic - ME!! I swerve and beep my horn. Little granny with the blue hair who is probably sitting on a phone book continues to drive the wrong way and acts as if their are no other cars on the road

I seriously need to go home and start this day over or go to sleep so it will end

We all have these days. Fortunately, they eventually end. Hopefully sooner than later in your case.

At least it's Monday so the rest of the week just has to get better

Though I've taken my phone off the hook and no one has noticed
