I need suggestions for a book....religion and christmas related...

About the birth of christ, that doesn't involve the word: Slaughter, Kill, or Murder in it. I was reading the children's bible to Teddy the other night and saw that it had the word kill in it. And while I agree that we shouldn't shield them from the truth I also don't think he is quite old enough for this yet. Any suggestions.

Was it a regular bible or a children's bible?

ooh I read AnnaMaria a great book I will look it up for you in one second!

Dh was even laughing at it b/c it just mentioned that the "governor wanted to count all the people" and nothing else after that.

I just got DS this book and I LOVE it! It's short, to the point, very kid friendly. If you want a longer book with more detailed explanations and stories, this is not for you. This one is less than 10 pages, and has the story of the birth of Christ, an advent calendar in front, and a pop up as the last page. SUPER cute and when DS gets old enough to understand, I think he'll love it.
