I need some CREATIVE IDEAS!!
So I am giving mom a cruise for Christmas....I don't just want to give her the paper with all the info. Anyone have any ideas how to present it??
One idea I had was to make a book about mom, how wonderful she is and stuff and have it work up to her dream of going on a cruise and having the itinerary on the last page.
Another idea was to make a scrapbook, putting the little embelishments in and such and on the last page having the itinerary.
But I am not too crazy about these ideas...so anyone have some creative ways to give this to her.

what about buying her a little Toy boat- and after she unwraps it, and looks kind of confused, then hand her the envelope with all of the info in it?

i like the scrapbook idea...
you can set up a scrapbook for her so that she has a place to put pictures from the cruise in, and on the first page, you can put the itenerary.

Ditto on the scrapbook idea - it's so thoughtful!
Other idea is a beach bag from the ship along with things she'll need, ie towel, lotion, etc. unless it's a cruise to Alaska - then I'm at a loss.

This would be so cute because she'd probably look at you and say "isn't this gift for (your stepson's name)?" and then you can go into it!

What about doing a small boat, but stringing it so that it floats across the room (someone can let it go when it's her time to open the card or something)
