I made something new that came out good! Chicken roll-ups
I made it with stuffing inside for hubby who is anti-veggie, and with a ricotta-veggie mixture inside for me.
Pound out some chicken breast, set the oven to 400 degrees, put your mixture in the middle and roll up the chicken and put on a pan with the tail of the roll down, to secure it closed. Cook for 30 min and they are soooooo good!
It was easy easy easy, for those learning to cook (like me)
