Yummy new Recipe...Chicken Cutlet in Wine

I made this the other day and it was soooo yummy!!!


Chicken Cutlet in Wine

4 chicken cutlets
mozzarella cheese
flour
egg
flavored bread crumbs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp parsley
1/2 cup white wine

Pound chicken a bit to thin is out a little. Spead a small piece of butter on one side of chicken. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese. Roll. Secure with toothpicks. Dredge in flour, then egg, and dip in flavored bread crumbs. Put in greased corningware with stick of butter and all spices sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes add 1/2 cup of white wine and bake for 15 minutes more. Enjoy!!
