I am going to be up all night. Anyone want to keep me company?
We were woken up by my 7 week old coughing and then almost seeming like he couldn't catch his breath and then sounding like he was going to vomit. So he is in his swing (so that he is on an incline) and I am on the couch listening to make sure he is breathing. There is NO way, angel care sensor and all I am going to sleep tonight, when he was like that. Next step is ER

Still up at 5am and it looks like my son picked tonight to sleep through the night.
The one night I stay up and out of bed already and he doesn't get up for a feeding. Now let's see if he will do this every night or was it because he was in his swing.
Scariest couple of minutes of my life-- worth the exhaustion I will face.

OMG how scary!
thank goodness everything is OK though and he was comfortable enough to sleep through the night!

I think he has a little head cold, no fever and had some post nasal drip which might have caused the phlegm he couldn't get rid of. Now if my hubby would just get up so I can go to bed. But there is no point in waking him yet as my daughter will be waking him within the hour.

You may want to put a call into the ped just in case. 7 weeks old is still young.

Thank you all little squishy is doing fine. He spit up/ vomited a little and has been fine ever since. We think it was just a little phlegm adjusting to the air conditioning or allergies that he couldn't' get out.
But he is back to his smiley squishy self!
Oh and I got to sleep from 7:30-10:30
