Donna I was like that for a CT scan I had to have (I was mostly anxious about drinking goop) but I took a Xanax and it helped so much. You should find out if you can take something. I have to admit my test was not pleasant but thinking now about all that I have been through I could totally do it again. So I know you can. You have FM.

I wasnt so much scared or afraid of the pain, just anxious.
Im still feeling panicky inside and I dont know why. This stuff is getting the best of me I think. I feel like I cant shut my mind off from it lately and its overwhleming.

Take your time and do it when you're ready. There's no reason to rush in to it especially if it's upsetting you.
Do you think if you took someone with you that went through it already, it might help with some of the anxiety?

Donna.... just wanted to give you some more hugs here. You'll know when you are ready to go for the HSG, and you being anxious before you even went for the procedure would not have made the situation any better..
Please - never be hard on yourself for anything regarding this IF/TTC process...

Then def. take your time with it, if you're tense it may make the test even more uncomfortable.
