How to deal with stress at work
Lately I have been feeling very stressed at work. All I get is work, work, work from people. No one knows I am pregnant. I will be starting my 6th week in two days. I am sure it's not good for me and my baby. Any suggestions??

Take a deep breath. Go for a walk. Get organized and work on time management (if you aren't already).
ALso, think about your little secret. When I get stressed, I just think about the baby growing inside me, and it gets me happy- and the stress disappears- at least temporarily.

Also what I do is like shelly said too, think about that little one, and just say, stressing is soo not worth it right now. Breathe and let go.
