How old was your DC
How old was your DC when you took them on a plane? My in laws moved to Florida a week before DS was born and are mad we haven't brought him down to visit. Needless to say this has been a fight so I'm just curious what other people think. TIA !
Edited: I should have put DS's age- he's 8.5 months.

I would've done it sooner, we just didn't have a reason up until this point to have them fly.

My DD was 4 months old the first time she was on a plane.
With my DS, he was a year old. His age wasn't a factor in us waiting to fly.

I will say if you can get cheap enough airfare its worth getting a seat for them. We tried lapping it once and we were miserable.

3 months the first time we flew home to visit my family. We try to go every 3-4 months, so he was on a plane quite a bit as an infant.
