How much is a home inspection?
We didn't get one when we bought this house since we dealt with family, but we are thinking about getting one done now (2 years later) to make sure that we've fixed everything major that needed to be done.

We just paid $450 and the guy was super thorough, termite inspection included.

We paid $415 & it included a termite inspection the people we used are in bellmore & they are called home pro. They were really great & thorough. We used jim and their number is 516-781-4676.

400 included termite and radon inspections. we also received a 200 page book explaining everything in the report. The report was 12 pages long and had a 1 page executive summary too.
