Babylon can be tight at that point. Many of the spots are by permit only & the pay/meter spots fill up quickly. You can park several blocks away (near the school) and walk.

I lived in Lindenhurst for 5 years and the parking wasn't awful at that time by the LIRR. My train was at 7:50am and I always found a spot...but not in any lot-on side streets.

Lindenhurst is ok at that time. You'll have to park in one of the lots on the north side of the RR. Or you can be cheap and park in the Waldbaums parking lot like everyone else does.
