How far in advance can I make lollipops?
I'm making them for a party and am hoping I can get them out of the way...how far in advance can I make them and wrap them up?

as long as the weather isnt very hot i would say at least a month before the party.
My mom and I make chocolate for my wedding favors about a month before my wedding (got married in October) We stored them in dark boxes in a cool dark place and they stayed fine. Dont store them in the refrigerator....not good for the chocolate
