HI Guys, I need breakfast ideas!
Preferably not on the sweet side, I like to eat toast or an english muffin regularly, but want to try to make it a little more healthy.

I take whole wheat english muffins and egg whites and fat free am cheese.
Recently I've added boca burgers or sausages to it too.

I really just like the kraft far free.
Maybe it's because I have been using it for years that I don't mind it, but I make sure it's melted thoroughly.
I also usually add hot sauce or BBQ sauce to my eggs too.

I like my kashi heart to heart cereal!!! lots of protein and fiber!
I also like making a fruit and yogurt smoothie too... but im too lazy to clean the blender in the morning...

Nutrigrain Blueberry waffles - I eat these almost every day!!
If I get bored, I rotate Quaker Oatmeal for Women in Vanilla Cinnamon and add some dried cranberries, or Total with skim milk, a banana and some dried cranberries.
