Here I go again...New Cycle...New Dr.! Updated 8/31
Start acucpuncture 6/16/11
2x week T / Th
7/4/11...CD 1 
7/6/11...CD 3 @ 3pm....blood and sono...seems like 2 on L and 2 on R sides....started BCP tonight.
Acupuncture appt today at 11:30am
Next RE appt in 2 weeks! ; )
7/20 b/w and sono...reveals fibroid 36mm in sub utereus not overly concerned...Doc says worst case senario..get preggers, have some pain, have c section done! OK...sounds ok to me
7/28 hysteroscopy test...negative..thank goodness..there's nothing in there
b/w and sono
7/29 start Lupron 10units in AM
and still on BCP
7/30 Lupron and BCP
7/31 Lupron and BCP
8/1 Lupron and BCP
8/2 Lupron and LAST BCP!!!
8/3 Lupron 5 units...Im on my way 
8/4 Lupron 5 units
8/5 Lupron 5 units
8/6 Start Ganirelex 25 units!!
8/7 Gani 25 units
8/8 Gani 25 units and RE appt b/w and sono
8/8 visit So all looks good today. Thin lining at 2.1 and starting gonal F tonight a 600iu shot!! So its really 2 shots of Gonal !!
Plus dexamethasone .75mg
8/9 repeat
8/10 Reduce Gonal to 375 add Menopur 1 vial
8/11 repeat
8/12 office visit 9:30am....see you in the morning...I sure hope something is happening down there cause I feel great! Unlike the 1st time around!
8/12 visit update: B/w and sono...9 follicles all at 10mm lining needs work still but is getting there..back in on Monday at 8:30! Same protocol...
C'Mon follies..Lets grow grow grow!
8/13 Start Cipro today for me and DH...2x a day? That seems like sooo much!!??
8/15 Office visit 8:30 b/w and sono

8/16..OK I hit the wall feel bloated and like poo! Had to cancel acu I felt so tired and bloated....Well...I'll see the man of the hour later!
8/17 10:00 office visit, b/w and sono
Was in and out in 50 minutes....wow! Anyways, follies are growing but a bit slower now He still wants me on meds and I go back on Friday in the afternoon. Follies are 18's, 17's, 16's 14's, 13's I have a 19 but irregular grhhhhhh...I think he said 1 20 is in there too now that I think about it!
I'm runing out of time....start new job next week!! agghhhh!! Till next time
So last night the nurse calls and says we need to up my menopur to 2 vials on wednesday night and thursday night....OK I think but I hope all is OK down there??!! And to top if off...while at work I fall off of a chair...well I was standing on a rolling chair and boom...down I went. AND ALL I could think was thank GOD I wasn't preggers YET!! AND my knee is killing me 
8/19: b/w and sono....I'M READY...He says! Trigger 3am!!
8/21 ER set for sunday at 1:30pm!

8/21 ER done....Got to Gramercy fertility with no problems. On time of course...got changed into my beautiful gown and of course you cant forget the head wear and booties to boot!
Anyway...in the room, set for ER...and next thing I knew I was sleeping nicely and woke up in recovery....
So here's what they got...12 eggs! Not too bad for this old fart! Now I need to wait to hear about quality and fert report tomorrow! C'mon embies...
meds: dex, metformin, PIO, last clind supp, folic acid and cipro

8/23 BAM...and just like that bad news....quality of eggs are poor....only 2 of the 12 are somewhat decent...w.....t.....f???
8/24 Doing deframentation on 7 embryos and hoping it helps
8/25 hanging onto hope...its all I got!!! ET 7am!
Back from ET went smoothly. We put back 3 and now the wait begins. On bed rest for all of today and taking it easy friday. The embryos cleaned up great! The embryologist is so sweet! He is reassuring as well. Trying to keep busy and WILL not or at least try not to read into any twinges of pain I get! Off to PIO in A$$ now LOL!!
Oh yeah....had acupuncture 11:30am
8/26...nothing new ...gotta go take my shot in the A$$!
8/27...mild cramp and headache started at 12:00 
8/28..mild cramps and tender boobs!
8/29..mild cramps and tender boobs still!
8/30..crampy
8/31...lots of cm!???
9/1 7dp4dt...cm, some cramping on and off
9/2 8dp4dt...cm,more cramping..poas......BFN
9/3 9dp4dt...cm, cramping still, headaches!.....BFN
9/4 10dp4dt...It's 3am! cm,cramping, POAS....not sure if what Im seeing is a 2nd pink line????? BBT is 98.25 Gotta wait and retest to get more info....I NEED MY BETA !!!!!!!!

Im feeling really good...its so weird. No side effects and not really too moody yet Keeping busy and getting ready to go back to work next week so I guess that is all helping.
Lets hope this is it!
