Help! Low grade fever, extremely cranky and sleepy, and will not eat!!!

Is this cause for the doctor or do we just medicate her with tylenol and hope she feels better (She is 15 months)... its the first time she has had a fever besides after vaccinations.. so ofcourse I am being overly cautious.. but I just cant stand to see her not feeling well!!!! I might also add, she was up crying in her sleep a lot last night, and she keeps rubbing her eyes... and I want to say she is rubbing her ears, but I think that is because I am thinking it could be an ear infection... she also has a runny nose...

any advice? Thanks....

I would go to the Dr. Sounds like she is coming down with something. Or it could be allergies

She could definitely have an ear infection. Maybe take her to to the dr to rule that out? Is she getting teeth? Whenever my DD gets teeth in (sometimes even before they break through completely), her nose does start to run a little bit (not a cold) and sometimes runs a small fever around 100-101. She does not sleep well when she's getting teeth.
Hope your DD feels better soon!
