Help!! DD is gagging herself!

DD is almost 14 months. Recently she has discovered that if you shove your whole hand in your mouth it makes you gag. She has on several occasions made herself throw up. I notice she does it when she is bored or trying to get attention (big surprise!) but she's been doing it in the car when I'm alone with her, driving to or from daycare.

Any suggestions on how to get her to stop doing this?? Every time I yell at her and pull her hand out of her mouth she laughs at me.

oh yes!! And it most likey won't stop until they make themselves throw up and see how icky that feels
