Actually this is about him using someone else's DNA at the jail instead of his own, not the BAC tests

I'm a little confused by this story
I know the newsday story is really vague as to the details of the DNA sampling..such a high profile thing you would think this testing would take place in the most secured and controlled environment

I don't understand this part... if this guy Weber was keeping up with Heidgen, was he on the wrong side of the road too?
Stephen Weber who was driving home from the Merrick biker bar Jugs and Strokers, said he sped up to about 70 mph to keep pace with Heidgen's pickup truck that night. He looked inside and saw a man with both hands on the wheel, looking intently at the road in front of him. Then he looked in the distance and saw headlights coming toward the man. said he didn't stop because he didn't realize how serious it was. He said he came forward earlier this month only after reading a Newsday story about the trial.

I think he was on the CORRECT side of the road - travelling norht and trying to keep up with Heigen who was going north on the SOUTHbound side - you can see from one side to the other for streches.....

yeah he really deserves to die. Seeing him in the paper makes me sick. The only time he showed the slightest emotion was when the judge originally threw out the blood evidence, but that poor mother had to testify and he sits there. He is a disgrace!!

However, I don't want to see him die- I want him alive to rot in a little tiny cell for a long long time.
Though if someone killed him in prison, that wouldn't bother me.

But you know what to me this is not an accident. This is MURDER. He drove Drunk thats not an accident
Exactlly. If this was a simple accident, of course you'd feel horrified, saddened, etc. But the fact that he consciously drank, got into the car and wrecklessly drove constitutes an intent to kill in my book.
