Has anyone attended childbirth prep classes?
Im about to register for the ones at JIJ-Katz center... was wondering if anyone went there and liked it/recommended it.
Are there others from an independent company that are better?
Looking for guidance on a *potentially* natural delivery

We are taking the childbirth class at Katz next Sunday. Its an all day class and Im not looking forward to it bc my back kills me when I sit for too long!! But I will let you know how it is.

Has anyone attended childbirth prep classes?
DH and I did one through baby breaths, it was very good gave a lot of tips. Unfortunately for me I ended up with a C/S so i didn't get to use much of what we learned. http://www.babybreaths.net/
