Hardwood Floor Refinsher Rec. Needed
Please.......
The companies I've seen on here are
Harris
Duffys
American Floor
Floor store
Can you please rec. who you used,if you were happy or not,and how much you paid per sq.ft....
I did a search but all the threads seem older...
I know some people were really unhappy with some of the companies they went with....
Can you advise me who to steer clear of too? Please FM me if you don't want to post it......TY

We used Novak Flooring. 1.65/per foot for stain/oil based poly. Greg Novak's number is 516-695-2083.
We had them do the floors in our house last week and they finished this week. I have not seen the floors completely done because we're still in our apartment in the city until we move theis weekend but I can say the sanding and first coat looked great, the workers were polite and neat and Greg was a pleasure to deal with!

We used for Jason's Hardwood Floors & I'd highly recommend him/them: (631) 831-6317. A lot of my friends & coworkers have used him (it's up to 11 people now) and they all rave about him too!
He installed a new bullnose saddle for us & then repaired & refinished the hardwood in our living room, hall & 3 small bedrooms (I'm not sure about the sq. footage)...he managed to make them look almost like new again (they're 50+ years old & had been severely damaged).
