That's awesome, both of my grandfathers still work and they are in their eighties....we all work in a family business together. They swear it keeps them sharp...I totally believe it. Good for your Dad.

Little known factoid about dad:
About 18 years ago he won the lottery..about $1500. Cool right?
He went out and bought a computer..he didn't know anything about computers.
He taught himself everything about the computer and software.
He taught me everything I know. To this day, if I need help with anything computer related, I go to him.
Very inspirational. He never stops learning either. He is thinking about taking some real estate courses because he was working for a real estate management co and may get a job with another one soon.
I'm very proud of him.

AWWW !!! HOW AWESOME !!!!!! GOD BLESS HIM !!! HE's reminding me of a couple we met on our honeymoon, they were 77 and 74, the wife was a whippa snappa  she was more computer literate than me, talking computer lingo with my hubby, she made us a CD of our wedding photos! we just met them on a cruise and they became our "parents" for ten days, we adored them and tried to find them as often as we could on the ship and hey, they were also from AZ !!!!  maybe its your parents ?? Mildred and Lenny  (and arent those cute names too ?? )
WE were in the pool, and it was wavy/cool so I was hesitating swimming, and shes like "COME ON WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR ????" swimming laps as Im standing there shivering
I love people like that. You have an amazing daddy as a role model !

That's awesome!!!! My FIL is 75 and still works part-time.
I think there was a segment on 60 minutes a while back about seniors in the workforce, and how some companies only hire them. Bosses say they have a better work ethic, sense of responsibility and a genuine feeling of "wanting" to work and do a good job.
Kudos to your daddy!!!!

FIL is in a similar boat at 65. He's had a rough few years but is doing better now.
