Got the green light- starting stims for IVF tonight!
Yeah!!!! 
Now that AF is in town my levels are where they should be. Dr K. had me come in to meet him in Melville this morning. I got there and waited a little while for him to show - he did a quick sono, sent me for bloodwork, and went on his way to the Lake Success office. After he left they told me he stopped in Melville just to see me- b/c he was worried and wanted to see what was going on w/ my levels. Apparently no one told him AF hadn't shown yet (even though I told every nurse I saw and spoke to)- so he thought my lining and estrogen were too thick and high to start. But now everything is a go!!! I was so happy that he took time out of his day to meet with me and do the sono himself- it says a lot about him as a dr.

Thanks- I just did it. DH had to work late in Manhattan tonight so I'm on my own... and I survived, lol

LOL- nah, I didn't mind the extra bit of a trip. I like that PJ if smaller and so far has had a minimal wait time when I've gone there, but I really like the Melville office. I thought they might've had me wait and meet with him in PJ today, knowing where I live, but I'm glad they didn't.

Every single sono I had was done by my RE -- until I was released to my OB. Isn't that the norm?
