Good hotel in Vegas to stay with Kids??
New York New York is fun. Don't know much about it, but Excalibur looks like it might be good for kids too.

How old are the kids? Mandalay Bay has a beach/wave pool. That is where I want to stay the next time we go.

Or you may consider staying at a non-casino in more if a timeshare unit. And then just travel to the strip when needed. That's what my parents do.

I wouldn't stay at excalibur. It's a dump. The rooms are awful. Definitely go there, but I wouldnt stay there. Mandalay Bay has a beach entry pool with sand which is fun and they have some type of aquarium. Mirage has the tigers.

We stayed in the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites behind the Flamingo when DS was 10 months old. It was perfect, because we had a full kitchen, the pool was small and never busy and it's right on the strip, literally behind the Flamingo.

Definitely Excalibur!
unless they redid it, excalibur was old and disgusting when i was there.
i would say luxor, mgm or mandalay bay.

I read that the Monte Carlo also has a wave pool and a lazy river as well, and it'll located somewhat central on the strip. Also affordable. Never been to it though.

the hard rock is cool , even though it is off the strip. Planet holly wood was pretty kid friendly. it has a lot of shopping downstairs. there is also treasure island , they have the whole pirate ship theme.
