My mom is home. She had a minor TIA at some point over the last week or so and it was causing her to have little seizures... She was having 8-10 of them a day for 2 days before she said anything to us. I noticed that something was not right with her on Monday. I thought she was having a TIA, but her symptoms were not consistent with a TIA. She was having numbness on both sides and the slurring of words lasted a few seconds.. They were little seizures.. Later that day, my brother noticed something was wrong and I called the ambulance.
My son freaked out with everything that happened to his dad. The ambulance took him away and he never came back.. We had to take him to the ER to show him she was ok...
She is now on high dose aspirin and an anti seizure medicine...
