for those who got a lower rate mortgage through ateachers union, question
I know that certain unions in teh citry and can get beter interest rates for mortgaes can you tell me about what the rate was? Also what is the normal interest rate now?. Thanks

I went to WAMU and was quoted 6.25 last month for the teachers rate. But I have nothing to compare it to.

Teacher's Federal Credit Union
This is who we deal with mostly. All of their rates are public-access, you don't need an account with them to see their rates.
