Food blog rant
Idk, maybe I am old-fashioned.
Did you ever do a search for the perfect recipe, and voila! You found it, but it's on a food blog?
You have to scroll through pages of endless pictures, orgasmic descriptions and wordy ******** when all you want is the damn recipe? 
Seriously sometimes I want to just scream, "Get to the damn recipe already!"

Haha I know what you mean. I usually scroll all the way down because that's where the text of the recipe will be found.
"Here's a picture of a head of garlic."
"Here's a picture of me tearing off a clove of garlic."
"Here's a picture of me removing the skin from the clove of garlic."

It happens to me all the time! Once I finally find the recipe, I copy it in word and print it out. I keep all my recipes in a binder in my kitchen so that I can easily access them in the future. So annoying!

Well sometimes, I enjoy the pictures. I like to see what the food will look like. But I don't need 100 pictures of the process. I like one or two finished photos. I hate when every single ingredient and step is broke down by text and pictures. I usually just scroll to the bottom because that's mostly where I find the recipes and then when I find one I like, I don't bookmark it, I print the recipe and keep it that way so I don't have to go through all of that again lol

Yes I think it was nice 15 years ago when food blogging was new but now there are way too many bloggers and sites. Isn't that how Pioneer Woman got her fame? She's not even a trained chef or cook.

i like to see one picture of the finished product...that's usually how i decide if i want to make it or not. I could do without the lengthy step by step descriptions!

I don't care about your stupid, wanna be a writer, commentary. You think you are funny. You usually are not.
Then they have to throw in unrelated BS about how they went for a run this morning (YAY!) and how their brother just completed a triathalon! (double yay!)
And all those pictures. I mean really, how long must that take to do? It's exhausting.
I HATEEEEEE it too!
