Florist recos in Massapequa/Seaford/Bellmore area?
I need to find a good florist that won't charge me a fortune for a large order of sunflowers - any recs in the above towns/areas?

Either Tims in Massapequa Park, or Bayview Florist & Montage on Sunrise Hwy in Massapequa..

Colonial Florist in Bellmore is good but I wouldnt know what they would charge you for sunflowers. Call and ask.

flower barn in seaford. i worked with Mike. They are great!
ETA: on LIW under dbleplay17 there is my review for my wedding.
but i have gotten flowers there also for other stuff

In Full Bloom does beautiful arrangements and isn't that expensive. They are on Main St. in Farmingdale. My DH would call them up, tell them how much he wants to spend, tell them no babies breath (I hate it) and deliver it and I always received something beautiful. The last one was sunflowers with some other flowers. They also last.

I've heard great things about Flower Barn. Numa's does beautiful arrangements, but IMO they are a little expensive.

I like Bayview but thought their prices were a bit high. TOTALLY forgot about Flower Barn! That place looks so cute too - never been there but I have to visit them now, thanks!

I LOVED the florist who did my wedding..She worked for National Floral and now on her own..she is amazing.
