ped. dentist recos in Massapequa area?
I need to take my toddler for her first dentist's appt. Anyone have any great recos for me in the Massapequa area?
I was thinking of going to Dr Adelberg's office (Park Blvd in Mass Park) but I don't know anyone who's been there.

Dr. park Adelberg is right on park Blvd. I guess I didnt read enogh . I was there they are very nice and Sammy was not scared at all

yeah, I checked out their website but was a bit turned off by their comments on wanting the kids to be treated without their parents. I just wasn't so crazy about that and even if the Academy suggests this, I don't necessarily agree with it for a 3 yr old! I was just a bit turned off.

This is where I took Sean (he's due for his check-up soon). We had a great experience here (although they're  ) . I didn't read the thing about treating w/o the parents on their site, but I was by his side the whole time.

Hmmm - much more expensive than a typical check up? I hope our insurance covers most of this
Have you heard anything positive/negative about the one on Park Blvd?
