Finally told work!!
I feel so much better - and relieved. I've been stressing over telling my boss b/c I'm his key person at our office and the woman who supports me recently quit (right when I was 12w!) . So, I just hired someone new last week but knew the boss has been concerned about the stability of this office lately. However, I think people have been talking so I just told him last night (at 16w1d). He said he's thrilled for me and that I can give him a proposal for my leave plan - so that's promising! I get 13wks leave and now maybe it sounds like he'll be flexible with me after that!
