Eva Marie 7-21-08
Heres my entertaining birth story
At 8:30 am I woke up to go to the bathroom and was feeling some stomache pains, I blew them off and went back to sleep
9:30 am I got up to clean b/c we were showing our place between 11am and 12
10 am the pains started getting worse and I thought I had a bladder infection but my docs office is closed on mondays so I was planning on going to the hospital after the people looking at my place left
11:15 the people came and I was realizing I might be in labor
11:30 they finally left
12:00 I took a shower
12:30 we called DH's mom to come get my 2 kids so we could go to the hospital
12:45 I finally called my doc and told her I was going
1 pm we stopped at 7-11 to get some drinks then we got gas
1:15 we got to the hospital
1:45 I was checked and was 9 1/2 cm
I had to walk to the L&D room myself b/c they couldnt find a wheelchair in time
2pm they tried to rush and give me penicillin b/c I had Strep b , but they didnt make it in time
2:18 Eva Marie Arrived 8lbs 2 oz and 20 1/4 inches long
