Ebay Advice
I don't go on ebay often so I am looking to more experienced Ebay buyers for advice on this one. I won an auction last Thursday and paid through Paypal that night!! The one request I had to the seller was to please send me an email when he/she was sending out my item. This was a week ago and I haven't heard one word!! I sent another email yesterday and still haven't heard anything. What do I do now or when do I take it further? I don't even know what I would do - do I contact Ebay if I haven't heard from the seller in a few more days?

yes, you should contact ebay if you don't hear from the seller but my experience has been that not every seller gives you a tracking number and just send your package without letting you know. Just wait and see and if not, contact ebay. good luck.

What is the sellers ebay feedback like? Good is usually at least over 99 %. Then what does the Ad say about shipping times? It should list time before shipping.
I would give it 10 days from time you paid. I know someone emailed me the other day about something they felt took a while. I was won late on a Sat. Sunday no mail, Monday, holiday and I mailed Tuesday but it took another 6 days...SO anyway, my point..I think I have one...Is at 10 days past your payment, send a not so nice Email asking for some informtaion. GOOD LUCK!

depends. If they've sold like 10,000 items, they probably don't respond to emails or special requests. Did you receive an email confirmation from Paypal that they received your payment?

I would also wait the 10 days. Is it coming from the US.? As a seller myself, I don't always send an email telling buyer their item was shipped...BUT I definately would reply to their email I've also purchased alot and it just depends-some ship super fast and some slow- usually you can get an idea from their feedback... good luck
