earth best baby food recall
FYI: Earth's Best Baby Food has issued a voluntary recall of their Wholesome Breakfast Apple Peach Barley 2nd Foods in 4.5 oz. jars with the lot code PF6J14 NP and expiration date of 14 Sep 08 on top of the jar. Items are sold idividually as well as in a Wholesome Breakfast Variety Pack.
A small portion of this lot has been detected with an incorrect PH level. Due to this incorrect level , the possibilty exists of potential contamination with Clostridium Botulinum. No illnesses have been reported and no contamination has been found.
Upon opening, you may notice a spoiled smell and it may show a discoloration after stirring. DO NOT USE EVEN IF IT DOESN'T LOOK OR SMELL SPOILED. Throw it away.

I just called them and they said that any illness will happen within 14 hrs.
They said to look out for dizziness, distended stomach, constipate, muscle weakness, lethargic.
