I know how you feel, DS had this done too. We had two sweat tests and both were what they call "borderline", basically they couldn't give me a definite yes or no, they had to take blood and do a full genetic testing on him at some lab in California, it took 8 weeks to get the results  He is fine, just a carrier. I second, third, fourth and fifth this !!!!!
ETA I know three people whose children have gone through this and the testing was normal in all cases.

His newborn bloodwork that they did in the OR came back with a genetic abnormality that points to him being a carrier for Cystic Fibrosis. I was tested at Dr H's office, and I have zero trace of abnormalities for it, so apparently DH is a carrier. Supposedly the only way for the child to have actual CF is if both parents are carriers, but of course they say there is always a chance of anything . I just had such a rough PG, I worry about any repercussions, KWIM?
