Dryer lint

I don't know all the technical terms for the parts of the dryer but, you know that part that leaves your house from the dryer??? Well, I noticed yesterday that lint was on the ground oustide underneath it!!! I put my hand up in there and pulled out more!!! Chat Icon

I know this is very bad and can start a fire. How do I clean it out??? What should I do??? We've only been in the house 2 years and the big hose part going from the dryer to that part is only 2 years old. Can it be clogged already??? I always clean out my lint tray after each load. I don't know what is causing it but I'm not running the dryer again until I figure this out!

The Target one is perfect! I wonder if BBB has it too b/c Target says it's only online and I need one today.

ETA - Just checked and they do!!! I'm going tonight to get it. Thanks!
