Dr. Oz 2 week rapid weight loss/detox plan
Wow, I saw this show today and felt inspired to do it. He makes it sound real easy and laid out an easy to follow plan online. It's considered a jump start/detox for your body and no exercise to be included. It originally aired on the 6th.
Dr Oz 2 week weight loss plan
This is exactly was I was looking for to flush out the toxins and to gain more energy. I know this will help me make better choices with my diet after its done. Just wanted to share it if you haven't seen it.

Just watched. It's paleo but him attaching his name will make more people try it. Whatever gets this country healthy is a good thing.
