Oh Lord! Where do I even begin...
Owie! Donatella's feet and ankles look so swollen... her shoes looks painfully squeezed on.
And Allegra needs some serious help... she's so skinny and fragile looking.

 Donatellas feel look like my Gigis' and I guess Allegra still hasn't gotten help for her Anorexia.
And one more thing about Donatella, her "face" is awful. Another one who should shoot their dr.

That is the ULTIMATE case of plastic surgery gone bad!
I have never seen anything quite like it.
