with dh's schedule it was almost impossible to come to any of them. He made it to the 20 week sono and a 36 week at the songram place and made it to one dr's visit.

No. I wouldn't ask him to take off work just to go. He is taking off for the Level II but that is the only one he will go to unless I can get some Saturday appointments.

Not generally
But lately I've had problems (bleeding, etc) so he's been there to see the creature wiggle.
The first few I went on my own
I had my first Sonogram on my own too and I’m kinda glad he missed that one
Then he was there for the 12 u/s and the emergency visit from bleeding. The next at 16weeks he went because we both just happened to have the day off anyway.
This time (20weeks) he’s going so we can see if we can find out boy or girl. Probably going forward he may not go.
I stopped driving to work because I get home late and am so tired that driving is slightly hazardous. So if my appointment is late (and ALL of mine are at 6pm) he just comes along. heh
But I totally feel your pain. I hate sitting there alone and it’s nice to have him there to talk to and help calm me down. He makes me laugh and laughs with me (or at me) and I love him for that. He helps pass the time faster and remembers things I forget to ask the doctor!

I try to make mine late in the day so that he can go...but if he can't it's no big deal. I think he has come to about 80% of them!

I make night appt's not so DH can come with me, I'm 37 weeks and its very hard for me to get around with my huge belly--lol I also have DD with me.

yep, every one 
Both of us are first time parents, and it only truly 'sinks in' when we hear a heartbeat or have a sono...
he also comes along for the major purchases (stroller shopping, furniture shopping...)

He does, more so because I need him to pick me up from a different train station than the one I park at in the morning.
If I didn't need a ride, I would just bring him to the sono appointments.

He goes to all sonogram appts. and any appt. where I have to give blood because he knows I'm a baby. He sat with me through the entire 3 hour glucose test too.

He goes for all the sono's but always offers to come in general. He only missed one appt so far (he usually meets me there)

Every single appointment. I think it makes him feel like he has a part in this pregnancy. I have told him he doesnt have to come, but he insists. Im high risk, and have to go once a week, we never know what they are going to do, so I think he doesnt want to miss anything.
he works from home, so I make my appointments for the earliest available, usually 8 am, and he goes straight to work when we get home.

In the beginning he was coming with me, but now that I am home its easier for me to go in the morning. Now that we are nearing the end of the pregnancy he will be coming with me since odds are we will be scheduling my c-section very soon. I want him there for that.
He comes with me to all the sonos.

He's missed 2 appointments because of work, but other than that, he's been able to make it to every single appointment. He loves hearing the heartbeat!

Out of all 3 of my pregnancies my DH only missed maybe 3 appointments all together.
The only reason he is able to go is because he has a 4 day work week and we schedual my appointments around his day off.
I need him there now more than ever because I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and no babysitter.

he wanted to come to the sono appts but they kept getting rescheduled at a time that wasn't good for him. i'm sure he will eventually come with me probably when i find out the gender.

DH came with me to every RE appt. and he's at all the OB appts. with sonos. I don't make him bother coming for the regular one month visits.........they don't do anything of interest and I am in and out in 5 min.

DH went to the TTC and RE appointments. He also went to the Ultrascreen, Amnio and Level 2. He does not need to go with me to the Glucose test. He does not need to watch me have blood drawn. If there is to be any appointment involving sonography, he will be there.
Ditto! He did his fair share going to all the RE appt's, he doesn't need to watch me get blood drawn anymore!

he only goes to the sono ones. The ones where I am just giving urine and they are checking my BP, he doesn't go to. He isn't going to the glucose test or anything.
Same with me - sonos only. I didn't need him there to pee in a cup and get my blood pressure and weight taken.

First pregnancy...every single one.
Second pregnancy...he's been to one. He will be coming with me for the level II sonogram.
Same here! Everything changes with a second pregnancy

Nope. He's actually only been to 3 appointments. I usually schedule them in the afternoon. But DD comes and keeps me company.

yep
he is very adament about being with me every step of the way!
my DH too.. although sometimes, Id rather leave him home since he starts acting really stupid when we are waiting for the dr. and the door is closed to the room. Last time he started singing "I will always love you" by whitney houston.. i could have smacked him! I really hate when he does these stupid things!!
