Does anyone know what wind speed they won't fly the balloons tomorrow?
I know there is a certain wind speed that they won't fly the balloons in the parade tomorrow...does anyone know what it is?
It just isn't the parade without the balloons, even though I understand why they do it....

I heard on the radio that it was btwn 21 and 23 mph (or somewhere around there).
They were saying it should be well with in the range to fly them.

Winds may reach 20 miles (32 kilometers) per hour tomorrow, just shy of the 23 mph threshold at which parade organizers and the New York Police Department pull the cartoon characters out of the 2.5-mile-long parade, according to Macy's spokeswoman Elina Kazan. A lower altitude allows the dozens of handlers manning each balloon better control, she said
