Does anyone feel tired...
all the time????
I feel like I am never rested all the way- I get about 7 or 8 hours of sleep
but I used to get 10 - before I started working

Yes, but I think I know why I am tired lately......
Have you had your doctor take blood to test for anemia ...that can make you tired

Yes!!!! I thought that I was feeling like this because I haven't been exercising though.
But you work out a lot, don't you? Hmmm - have you had a recent check-up?

That might be why then  I know regular exercise increases stamina / endurance so maybe that is why you have been feeling so tired?!

I think that's it- it's just so hot - I don't want to go the gym right now
I am going to start back on monday
plus I am kind of bored at work- and that doesn't help either

Yes! I find that since I got married I'm tired more than I was before!
I think it's because now, I come home from work, and still have work to do (house wise).

I am reallllly exhausted lately, and while I can blame part of it on being preggo in my case - I also know that the heat is not helping at all.
I was also recently told my iron was low and I'm borderline anemic, and that could be another reason for my extreme exhaustion. so definitely get some blood tests done if the exhaustion lingers

All jokes aside. When was your last check up?/
Think about going for a full exam and bloodwork. It could NOT saying but could be a sign of anemia(need more iron in your blood).

Yes. But that could be due to having a 10 week old baby!
Even before getting PG, I've always been tired. Exercise didn't help, diet didn't help, vitamins didn't help.....
I think it could just be from sitting on my rear all day at work....
