Does anyone else have a fear of running on the treadmill?
Walking is fine. Power walking is fine. But I just can not let go and get my stride on...I have been working out for years (with a 6 month hiatus during pregnancy) and just the thought of it terrifies me. I have been doing my couch to 5k outside, but what about when the winter comes? How can I get over this fear?

I think as long as you look forward and don't close your eyes you'll be fine. the only time I've ever lost balance on the treadmill was because I closed my eyes.
