Running in treadmill

Im trying to incorporate new cardio and ive been into running in treadmill. I can do about 30 mins as of now. Is this a good way to burn cals/fat?

I personally think running is one of the best exercises you can do. It really works all of your muscles. It has always allowed me to lose a extra weight that may creep up on me.

Great for fat burn especially if you do intervals with incline or speed.

I agree. I like to add some HIIT, that is the only way I will run on a treadmill. Running hurts my knees and shins on a treadmill, so I do it 1-2X a week.

Do you run the whole 30 min?If so what speed. I think its great that you can run that long, its a great work out.
I run for about 14 (Im a beginner) min at 4.5-5 mph with a slight incline 1.5

I prob run about 25 of the 30 mins. A few mins for warm up and cool down. I start at 4.5 and then move up to 5.2, incline 1.5

running is great for burning calories. You can bump up the amount of calories by alternating fast pace (90-95% 2+ min) and short cool downs (1 min)
