do your Dh's hang out with there friends on a regular basis?
mine does- alot, he is really close with his brother/best friend and spends an abundant amount of time with him during the week and weekends..

Nope. He spends time, not tons. Usually the weekend is our time. But we keep our friendships, of course. I can't handle too many close friends and neither can he. I have like 2 good friends, and that's all I need.

Not so much anymore....we are both really busy with the house, dog, etc.
Neither one of us sees our friends as much as we used to. It's kind of amazing how much time we don't have anymore.

he's in a bowling league monday nights with friends, and in the summer does a softball league with friends. so yes, but he doesn't go out drinking with them. on weekends we'll go out with them together if we go out at all.
ETA: It's not a big deal now, but I would mind if he spent a lot of his weekend time just with the guys once we have kids. I would want the weekends for family time.

Once or twice a week. I'm with him most of the time, especially if other wives/girlfriends will be there, but I appreciate that sometimes he needs "guy time," too.

Yes, all the time. We are always around friends. We are pretty lucky though, since we have mutual friends. DH and I graduated together and stayed home for college, so we were able to keep in touch with most of our friends.

now that we are in GA , no, we don't have friends besides his coworkers, but when we are home in CT he hangs out with his friends once in awhile- he is close to his brother/best friends, they see eachother all the time. we see our mutual/couple friends more often

Yup, but his friends are our friends... most of them are married or in serious relationships... so i'm friends with all the girls, too and we all go out almost every night to starbucks to get coffee and talk, and on the weekends we'll usually all do something together, too... DH is an only child so the friends he has hes super close with and they are all like our second family 
as far as just "boys nights" DH does that every couple months or so... and the girls have a girls night at the same time

no not really. most of his friends are work friends so he sees them all the time. but his old friends from school dont live around here anymore and he doesnt make an effort to see or hang out with them. he's a homebody so going to bars and stuff wouldnt ever happen.

Yes....DH plays poker every Thursday night with his friends....And every few weeks, he will try to get together on the weekend with them...I think it is great for DH to have "guy time"!

mine is the same, and he has a lot of friends...they talk on the phone a lot b/c they are all dentists. When its hockey season he goes to a lot of the games w/friends but its still not very often.
