Do you ever look at pictures from the past and realize you took advantage of the way you looked?
I found some pictures today and I realized that my body wasn't as bad as I thought. This just makes me want to work out harder now. Windsor Pilates here I come.

Actually I was just going thru old photos last night and i think i looked gross. I actually think that i look so much better now than i did when i was in college/early 20s.... I totally didnt take care of myself back then!

OMG YES!!!!!!!!
I always thought I was "fat" back then. Now I look back and I am like..what the heck was I thinking?? I would kill for that body now! Not that I was ever "thin" but its better than what I did to myself. Makes me want to diet even harder now!
Actually posting my prom picture made me realize this!

I remember always wanting to loose and extra 10 pounds in HS -- I look back at those pictures and think "I thought I was fat?!" I would kill to be that weight again!

I loved the way I used to look and at the risk of sounding stuck up I knew it back then. I totally did not take advantage of it. I took alot of time to put myself together most days & was very conscious of my body.

I never took advantage of the way I looked. I was way to self-conscious. What I wouldn't do to have that body back again! I was sooo much heavier now and relaly need to get my old body back. I should have loved it more back then..

OMG I was just talking to my mother about that. She has one of my graduation pics up and I was SOOO skinny. The funny thing is my whole senior year I was always complaining about how fat I was and never wore shorts because I had fat legs and what not. 
Fast forward to now and I am way way bigger. It's kind of depressing in a way to see. I never got to enjoy my skinny days

well, i was anorexic. when i see photos of myself, i'm sickened. i did take for granted how i looked...i didn't realize i was hurting myself. i look at pictures now and i'm happy i have a better self-perception.

I dealt with the same situation back in 9th grade. I see photos from a couple of months before i was hospitalized and years after and I was think to myself what the hell was I thinking?

My feelings exactly!! I have forever been trying to lose weight - and now I'll look back at those pics and say to myself - I would KILL to look like that now! There was one point in my 20's where I had lost a lot of weight, knew my body was looking good, and at least enjoyed it for a little while!!
