Do you do this when talking on the phone?
when you are agreeing with the person on the other end do you go uhuh, uhuh, uhuh..like shooting off rounds from a gun?

I actually HATE when people do this.
Because I feel like they are cutting me off.
Like- yeah yeah I agree with you, stop talking now.
I find it rude when people do that.

I find myself doing this SOMETIMES...so I am guilty of this....I don't mean to be rude though. I think I do it when I have to do things but someone keeps talking to me. I actually do this with one person in my family....SIL...who just talks and talks and talks.

My boss does this. I know when she's reading emails while on the phone with me cuz she uhuh's me to death. Then she says- wait can you repeat that? I was reading an email. DUDE youre on the PHONE with mE!!!!!!

No I don't.. but I feel like I should do it more bc I'm always asked "are you still there"  I don't mind when people do this when I am on the phone with them, but I hate it when I hear someone doing while talking on the phone.. haha odd, I know
