I just joined my local chapter of MOMS. I am so new I am not sure yet but I think it will be good to meet other moms in my neighborhood.

My Stroller Strides group has one (Nassau County) and I am in Munchkins Meet Up, but haven't gone to anything. Stroller Strides keeps us busy with plenty of play dates/groups!

I found a few actually, just not sure which to join The no drama mamas looks to be HUGE and I'm not a fan of talking on the phone to someone, so I don't think I want to join that one.

i have been in the moms club (momsclub.org) for about 3 years now i am currently the vice president of the group. I LOVE IT...i have made so many good friends and so have my children.

i was also part of an online meetup.com group but it was not active at ALL i only stayed in touch with one person, there was never anything going on.
