Always.
I have a Big Skinny Wallet so it is small and fits in a pants pocket. So if I am doing something where I don't want to carry a full purse I will grab that and put it in my pocket.
It fits SO MANY cards in a small footprint.

I'm genuinely curious why everyone feels the need to carry their id with them.
Is it because you are afraid something will happen to you and someone needs to id you?
When I go places with the kids, I often grab a $20 so I have enough to buy water or whatever. When we go on walks, I don't even take my keys because I don't want to take a purse and it is bulky in my pocket. We have a key code for the garage.

Yes but the only reason I remember is because I have it with my keys and I need to always bring my keys if I'm going out. There has been more times that I care to admit that I tried to get in somewhere and I forgot my ID lol.

I never thought to take it with me if I'm just talking a walk around the neighborhood, but otherwise I always make sure to have it when driving. And if im at the beach, or a park, or anywhere I don't want to carry my whole bag with me, I usually leave it in the car with my wallet.

Always. Even when I run I have an ID bracelet that I wear that lists my name, 2 emergency contacts, and that I have no allergies.

99% of the time I am driving and need my drivers license that is why I have ID on me.
If I was just taking a walk around the block, then yes, I would only have my phone and keys to get back into the house.

I actually run with my phone, ID, AND insurance card just in case anything every happens. I think it's out of habit since that's what I would carry when cycling and you never know what can happen if you are in an accident...

OMG..I thought I was the only one.
A few people chuckled at me when I told them I did this.
I dated someone who never carried ID. He didn't drive but he had a NY State ID.
And for some reason it would drive me crazy that he didn't carry it.
I keep my old license in my arm band. It is expired and has an old address, but it is something and then I don't have to worry about remembering to take it out.
